  • UNOPENED PRODUCTS

    Sealed items in original packaging with factory seals intact.

  • DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

    Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage.

  • WRONG ITEM SENT

    We'll arrange replacement or full refund immediately.

  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    Manufacturing defects. Provide photos for processing.

  • Important : Returns must be in original condition with all seals, packaging, and accessories intact. No signs of use or damage.

  • ✗ OPENED SEALED PRODUCTS

    Once factory seals are broken, items cannot be returned. This protects all customers from tampered products.

  • ✗ SINGLE CARDS & OPENED PACKS

    Individual cards and opened booster packs cannot be returned due to the nature of collectibles.

  • ✗ SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS

    Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items not eligible unless defective.

  • ✗ UNHAPPY WITH PULLS

    Card pulls are randomized by the manufacturer. No returns based on contents of opened products.

  • Note : These restrictions are standard across the trading card industry and protect sealed product integrity for all collectors.
